Give Yourself A Break.

Aren’t you finding the never-ending drivel on all news programs extremely stressful? I know I am. I am sick of hearing how wonderful Obama is when we know he is a puppet for the socialistic left. I am sick of hearing about the bail out for the financial crooks that have destroyed millions of Americans savings. I am stressed to think that the country I love is going to hell in a hand basket carried by far left democrats.

I have decided that after each one of my blogs, I will add a stress relief tip. This will be anything from watching fish to lower your blood pressure, exercising, or to planting a rose bush.
If you have any ideas you would like to share, please make a comment and I can put it up for the next day’s tip. Your participation will be appreciated and a lot of fun too.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Stress Relief:
This will be really hard for some of us. Turn off the news, and do not read the newspapers for at least three days and see if you feel calmer. I tried this and I wasn’t constantly angry over the left wing media’s bias, and didn’t get confused, and scared about our economy.

Love this new idea. My stress reliever is just that...stay away from the news and quit trying to understand it all. I know that sounds like complacency, but it's actually self preservation...I only watch a little news and then Im picky about which channel I listen to. I love Rush! I also watch the yahoo or google top news stories and IF something catches my eye, I go further with it, but a t least I kind of know whats happening. Because of this, I didnt know paul newman died for two days! Not a big deal....

For me, movies are a great "escape". A good tear jerker, chick flick is the best!
