Not a Good Fashion Statement.

On my way home from the grocery store there was a young man on the exit ramp with a sign stating he is hungry and needs money for food. I could get past the fact that he was dirty-probably no money for soap, but I am thinking, he could have pulled his jeans up at least to the top of his butt crack. He did have undies on but non the less-he looked ridiculous.
So if you are going to be standing on an exit ramp begging for food at least try and look half way presentable. People with any money at all do not like your fashion statement, unless they are a drug dealer and you have enough problems.
